The application process is the first step in the journey to bring your child home. It provides Graceful Adoptions the information to understand your needs and desires, allowing Graceful Adoptions to help make your dreams come true. Please complete all applicable information.

Before you begin your Application, please ensure you meet Graceful Adoptions' Basic Eligibility Requirements:

• Be 27—45 years old
• If first marriage, be married for a minimum of two years; if second marriage, be married for five years (maximum of two marriages per parent)
• Currently parenting no more than two children
• Have a minimum total income of $50,000 plus $10,000 for each child currently living in the home as reported on line 9 of your Income Tax Return Form 1040.
• Accept either a semi-open or open Communications Plan with the parents placing the child
• Have medical insurance that will cover the adopted child at birth or placement
• Have a life insurance policy to support the family should anything happen to either parent
• Sign our Corporal Punishment Prohibited statement

To complete the application process

1. Your Application. First, press "Print" below to maintain a copy of your Application for your records. Second, press "Submit" to send a copy of your application to Graceful Adoptions.

2. Your Application Fee. For your convenience, an email will be sent to the email you provided on your application to request the $450 Application Fee via PayPal.

3. Your Application Documents. We will send an email to instruct how to upload the below documents to the Family Portal.

Signed and Notarized Adoption Home Study
Background Checks; including FBI, State Criminal, Child Abuse and Neglect, and Sex Offender
Medical reports signed by the physician
Previous years Federal Taxes, pages 1 and 2

A representative from Graceful Adoptions will contact you immediately upon receipt of your Family Photo, Application, Application Fee and Application Documents to schedule your Application interview.
