Welcome to Graceful Adoptions; we are excited to work with you during your adoption journey! Completing the Home Study Application is the first step.

If you are starting your Home Study Application for the first time;
·         Please select “No” to the below question, “Have you previously submitted your information to us?”
·         Enter your Family Login Password and record it for future use.

If you’ve started your Home Study Application and you need more time to complete your application;
·         Please make sure you have entered an email address in the Personal Information section before you move on.
·         Please select “Print” on the bottom of your application to retain a copy of your input.
·         Save the information you’ve completed by pressing "Submit,” on the bottom of your application.

To return to your Home Study Application in the future;
·         Click on the link to Graceful Adoptions’ Home Study Application.
·         Select “Yes” to the below question, “Have you previously submitted your information to us?”
·         Enter one of your email addresses that you previously entered and the Family Login Password you previously established.

Once you have completed your Home Study Application;
·         Please select “Print” on the bottom of your application to retain a copy of your input.
·         Please check the box at the bottom of your application to indicate your application is complete.
·         Send us your application by selecting “Submit” on the bottom of your application.

Once you’ve completed your Home Study Application, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
